Room-rental deals: free in March/April and August/September/October for parties of 40+ guests with a food package (June is not included). Discounted daily rentals are available in other months. A room-rental deposit is required for all reservations. June weekends fill fast, so reach out early.

For groups of 20 or more. Each all-you-can-eat package includes 90 minutes of continuous food (extendable for longer open houses), requires room rental, and is priced per person. Kids under 12 eat at a discounted rate; please inquire.

Platters & trays: wrap platters $90 each (serve 12–15; Buffalo Chicken, Cali, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Chicken Caesar or Veggie, one type per platter). Party Salad $40 or Party Caesar $45 (serve 20–25). Trays (serve 10–15): waffle fries $25, mac & cheese $80, boneless wings $90 (one sauce; extra sauces $10; ranch or blue cheese $10). Barn Nuggets or Barn-Style Beignets $45 per tray (serve 12–15). Drinks
- Soda package: $3 per person, with unlimited soda, tea, lemonade and coffee (no pitchers)
- Private bartender: $150, includes the outside bar and one bartender; parties over 75 require two bartenders ($200)
- Mimosa bar: $20 per bottle of champagne with orange, cranberry and pineapple juice

How many guests can The Barn hold for a graduation party?
The indoor Dining Patio fits 20–80 people and the covered, heated Event Patio fits 20–90+ people. For larger groups, ask about your date and options.
How much does a graduation party at The Barn cost?
Room rental is $150 per hour per patio. All-you-can-eat food packages (20+ guests, 90 minutes of food) run $14–$20 per person. Prices exclude 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax, and a room-rental deposit is required.
Is room rental free in June?
No. Free room rental (40+ guests with a food package) applies in March/April and August/September/October, which does not include June graduation season. Discounted daily rentals are available in other months.
Can my open house run longer than 90 minutes of food?
Yes. The all-you-can-eat package provides 90 minutes of continuous food and can be extended beyond 90 minutes for a longer open-house schedule. Just ask when you book.
Can we bring our own food or cake?
No outside food is allowed, except birthday cake.
When are headcount and food choices due?
Final headcount and food selections are due 2 weeks before the event, and food orders cannot be changed within one week of the event.
