A graduation party can be a lot to coordinate. You’re juggling a guest list, food, drinks, timing, and the senior who deserves to enjoy the day, not spend it helping set up and clean up.
Choose a space at The Barn, then plan food and drinks that fit your group. Friends and family can come celebrate, catch up, and enjoy a casual gathering while you focus on the graduate.
Planning an open house with guests arriving throughout the afternoon? The all-you-can-eat package provides 90 minutes of continuous food, and you can extend it beyond 90 minutes to fit a longer open-house schedule. Just ask when you book.

For a June graduation party, plan ahead. June weekends fill fast, so reach out early to ask about your preferred date and space.
KNOW THE ROOM-RENTAL DEALS
Room rental is free in March/April and August/September/October for parties of 40 or more guests with the purchase of a food package. Those free-rental months do not include June graduation season.
Discounted daily rentals are available in other months. Ask about your date and options by email at partyatthebarn@gmail.com. A room-rental deposit is required for all reservations.
PICK FOOD THAT WORKS FOR YOUR GUEST LIST
For groups of 20 or more, The Barn offers all-you-can-eat food packages. Each package includes 90 minutes of continuous food, requires room rental, and is priced per person. Kids under 12 eat at a discounted rate. Please inquire.
Choose from:
- Appetizer package: $14 per person
- Pizza package: $14 per person
- Taco package: $15–$16 per person
- Appetizer & pizza: $20 per person
- Appetizer & taco: $20 per person
Prefer platters for your celebration? Here are the available options:
- Wrap platters: $90 each, serving 12–15. Choose one wrap type per platter: Buffalo Chicken, Cali, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Chicken Caesar, or Veggie. No mixing on a platter.
- Party Salad, $40 or Party Caesar Salad, $45. Each serves 20–25.
- Add-ons (priced per tray, each serves 10–15): waffle fries $25, mac & cheese $80, or boneless wings $90. Wings include one sauce; extra sauces are $10 each. Ranch or blue cheese is $10.
- Barn Nuggets or Barn-Style Beignets: $45 per tray, serving 12–15.
PLAN DRINKS FOR YOUR CREW
Keep nonalcoholic drinks easy with the soda package at $3 per person. It includes unlimited soda, tea, lemonade, and coffee. Pitchers are not available.
Want bar service? A private bartender is $150 and includes the outside bar and one bartender. For parties over 75 people, two bartenders are required, at $200. The Barn has certified bartenders, Michigan craft beers, and unique cocktails.
For a mimosa bar, it’s $20 per bottle of champagne, served with orange juice, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. Take a look at The Barn’s drink menu as you plan.
ADD SUMMER FUN
Give guests something to do between congratulations and cake! In the warmer months, The Barn has volleyball and cornhole, and in the cooler months, curling and the ice rink.

IMPORTANT PARTY DETAILS
- Final headcount and food selections are due 2 weeks before the event.
- Food orders cannot be changed within one week of the event.
- No outside food is allowed, except birthday cake.
- Prices exclude 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax.
- A room-rental deposit is required for all reservations.
