End-of-season banquets deserve a room big enough for the whole team, the families and the coaches. The Barn in Fenton has two party spaces, a full catering menu, and winter sports on site.
Space for the whole team
We have two different party spaces, the Dining Patio and the Event Patio. The patio is fully covered and heated. The Dining Patio is indoors with darts and TVs and fits 20–80 people. The Event Patio is covered (heated in winter), has its own outdoor bar, opens onto the outdoor rink and volleyball courts, and seats over 100. Each rents for $150/hour.
Food packages
We’re a bar with great food, not a restaurant with a bar. Catering is recommended for parties of 20 or more. Download the catering menu.
- All-you-can-eat packages, 90 minutes of continuous food for 20+ guests (per person; kids under 12 discounted): Appetizer $14, Pizza $14, Taco $15–16, Appetizer & Pizza $20, Appetizer & Taco $20.
- Party platters $90 (serve 12–15), party salads $35–40 (serve 20–25), add-ons like boneless wings, mac & cheese and mostacholi, dessert trays $45.
- Drinks: soda package $3/person, private bartender at the outside bar $150 ($200 for two, required over 75 guests), mimosa bar $20/bottle.
Prices exclude 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax. Room rental deposit required; headcount final two weeks out, food ordered one week out.
Free room rental in March/April and August/September/October for parties of 40+ guests with the purchase of a food package. That lines up with spring and fall season-end banquets.
Ice rink, curling and volleyball
The Barn Hockey ice rink is available to rent for team practices or parties (barnhockeyfenton.com/rink-rental). Curling lanes run $30 per hour in 1-hour blocks, max 4 people per lane, and no experience is needed. Groups of 20+ should email partyatthebarn@gmail.com. The Event Patio opens right onto the outdoor rink and volleyball courts, with cornhole in summer. In winter (Nov–Feb) the Winter Package bundles the outdoor rink, curling lanes and the Event Patio for $250/hour.
Banquets for every season
Team banquets happen all year, at the end of spring, summer, fall and winter seasons. Winter teams can add the outdoor rink and curling lanes. Spring, summer and fall teams can use the Event Patio, which opens onto the volleyball courts and has cornhole in summer. Good dates go fast in every season, so book early.
